Jill first coached someone in 1990 – a Permanent Under Secretary in HM Treasury and discovered it was the most enjoyable way of earning money. She still has not broken the habit and every session with a coachee is the most joyous way to spend time.

1987-2009 Director, Consultation Limited, Change & PPM consultancy roles, mentoring and coaching, some interim appointments. Fortunate to have worked in Australia, Barbados, Germany, France, and New Zealand.
1976-1987 Women’s Royal Naval Service, Information Technology Specialist travelled widely around the USA and Europe.
