For the past decade Blaire Palmer has been coaching leaders and teams to achieve greater success. Over that period, it seemed to her that those who succeeded had certain qualities in common no matter how diverse their fields of expertise. In her new book, The Recipe for Success (published May 2009, A&C Black), she outlines the ten vital ingredients which successful people have in common.
In this session Blaire will share her conclusions and how these insights can be used to coach executives, business people and ambitious individuals to greater success. And, of course, how coaches can use these ingredients in their own success recipe. Some of the ingredients will take members (and their coachees) by surprise and offer a counter-intuitive approach to what it takes to be a success.
