Organisational life is full of complex challenges and so leaders and leadership coaches influencing them must develop self-awareness. But that is not often enough. To access and influence the issues at the level to which they belong, they must develop systemic awareness.
Systemic coaching with constellations is a practical yet often profound way of working that invites coach and coachee alike to step back, slow down and see the bigger picture.
The purpose of systemic coaching is not to set goals or focus exclusively on the future, but to see the client’s situation as it truly is, illuminate its origins in the past and then work at source so that the client returns to flow. As a result of the respectful co-created approach this ‘applied philosophy’ returns dignity to individuals, flow to teams and coherence to the systems they create and inhabit.
Learning by doing is the only way to truly embody and experience Systemic Coaching and Constellations!
This workshop will offer participants an excellent opportunity to experience the practical application of this methodology and through individual and pair work:
• Experiment with how a spatial representation, or “mapping” of an issue, generates new insights.
• Get a taster of the organising principles that keep relationship systems in and out of balance.
About Patrizia Amanati
Patrizia is a systemic coach, facilitator, trainer and teacher. She has 25 years of international business experience and has been involved in training, mentoring and coaching within international organisations for over 15 years.
Fluent in three languages, she brings a breadth of knowledge and understanding into to her work with individuals, teams and whole organisations. She has an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change and integrates a wide range of psychological coaching approaches in her work. As a trainer she combines that with her deep knowledge of family and organisational systems.
The Systemic approach informs Patrizia’s coaching philosophy and she uses a range of tools and skills to create understanding, enable awareness and explore and develop options for sustainable balanced outcomes for her clients and their organizations and the systems they are part of. Patrizia teaches systemic coaching and constellations through Coaching Constellations.
