During our time together you'll discover how Solutions Focus blends into the terrain of positive approaches to coaching and how focusing on what's wanted, rather than dwelling on problems, can significantly impact coaching outcomes. You’ll learn where to direct attention to and what to overlook in the pursuit of progress for your clients.

As a coach, supervisor, facilitator, organisational development consultant and author with three decades of experience, she designs and leads learning, development and change initiatives that deliver transformative results. She has introduced thousands of coaches, managers and professionals to solutions-focused approaches, and is passionate about engendering positive sustainable change.
