Following the positive feedback about our coaching demo events last year, we’re making them a permanent fixture!
At the end of February we are delighted to welcome Master Certified Coach Shruti Sonthalia for a lunchtime session where you get the opportunity to observe a coaching demonstration by a Master Coach, deconstruct with the wider group and take the learning to strengthen your own coaching skills and practice.
Previously honoured with the prestigious ICF Young Leaders Award, recognising her as one of the top 3 coaches globally under 40, Shruti is a highly accomplished MCC ICF Executive Coach, Coach Educator, Mentor Coach and Assessor. Her extensive journey encompasses the C-Suite and senior leadership in diverse sectors, commended by her clients as a compassionate yet determined advocate, empowering them to unleash their true potential.
Shruti currently serves as a faculty member at the Academy of Executive Coaching in the UK, facilitating the Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching and Professional Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching. Invitations to present at major coaching platforms, including the prestigious ICF Global Converge, underscore her reputation as a leading industry professional.

Due to the confidential nature of coaching and what may come up in a demonstration, we will not be recording this event.
If you purchase a ticket and are unable to attend the live event we will not be able to provide a recording as we often do for other events. We have a no-refund policy although we do allow transfer of tickets to another person.
