Team coaching is one of the fastest growing areas in the coaching industry and offers huge potential for coaches and organisations keen to leverage the power of aligning teams for greater performance. Over the past few years team coaching has seen rapid developments and growth and professional coaching bodies have recognised this by carving out a different set of competencies for coaching teams.

As coaches, some of us have caught up with the developments in team coaching and are curious about the future direction and potential and some of us are still trying to navigate what can feel like a minefield of information. If you find yourself in either scenario look no further as we are bringing together leading thought leaders and experts from this field to help us get a better sense of how team coaching has evolved and what the future potential looks like. And most importantly where the opportunities lie for us as coaches!

Join us on 24th June for a full day of exploration and experiential learning as we map out how team coaching has evolved and where it is heading to. The day will involve demonstrations of best practice in team coaching and learning new techniques.  You will have the opportunity to experience team coaching and dialogue intervention work which can be very impactful in facilitating team conversations. In addition to gaining practical learning about yourselves as practitioners and understanding more about your own perspectives and behaviours, you will walk away with an essential framework for delivering team coaching and facilitating dialogue.

It is a rare opportunity to spend the day with internationally recognised team coaching and dialogic experts, Georgina Woudstra, Allard De Jong, Jane Ball and Peter Garrett, to see them in action and hear them map out the future direction of coaching. Alongside learning there will be the opportunity to meet and connect with other coaches.

When teams are able to communicate, collaborate, and achieve their goals, they can create positive change in their organisations and beyond. Organisations are leaning into this and there is a huge surge in the demand for team coaching. Could working with teams be a part of your future direction and growth?
